What an annoying and ridiculous transaction! I do not recommend doing business with this user.
Ginabj bought a pair of earrings from me for a whopping $6 then complained that they weren't as described, except for the length. She accepted them even though I told her she should complain if she thought I ripped her off, then gave me a 1 star review. She had numerous unsupported items in her closet and has engaged in several snarky exchanges with people in comments on her listings. I have now blocked her. Anyone who buys a pair of earrings for $6 that are called by the seller "Base metal and resin fashion earrings" then complains because they're plastic and low quality has extremely unrealistic expectations and isn't welcome to purchase from me again.

The title of my listing was: Base metal and Resin Fashion Earrings
My description was: 3" long, new in package.
Her comment after she got them was: I received the earrings today I was extremely disappointed as the box and wrapping was worth more than the earrings. They are plastic turquoise, not anything as shown except for length. Granted they were cheap earrings and not even sure they are health wise for people. These will go in the trash and not worth returning as I am not sure paint is legal for human wear. This was a large waste of time. I very sorry to be so blunt but we pay purchase price and shipping on these items and then receive such poor quality that $6 is overpriced. And Posh took the time to ship it. I am sorry but this was upsetting I will know better next time.
My response was: If you think I cheated you out of $6, don't accept them and say they aren't as described. If Posh agrees, you'll get a refund and I won't get the money. You got exactly the earrings in the picture and since they were called base metal and resin fashion earrings and were only $6, I don't understand why you expected them to be something else but if you're not happy, you should complain to Posh instead of accusing me of sending you a different pair of earrings than the one in the picture. That's not nice, not fair and I don't appreciate it at all.
At the time she posted the above comment and I responded, she had not accepted the package yet. She could have clicked the "not as described" option since she said that's what she thought, but she didn't. Hours later, the funds were released to my account and she sent in the following 1-star review:

Additional Comments:
Color was not as discribed and the only thing that was correct was the length. I tossed them as I do not feel that they were safe for wear. Not worth taking the time to return them, and waste of shipping cost. Worse sale ever made on Posh and it's unfortunate that someone would actually do this to anyone.
Of course, we can't respond to reviews in private, and I'm not going to post something back to such a ridiculous diatribe in my closet or even hers. I don't even care about this because it's one 1-star after dozens of 5-stars, and no one can even see it, so who cares? I just want everyone else to be warned about this user. So much of this makes absolutely no sense. I didn't even put a color name in my description, so how can the color not be as described? She's upset because the earrings are made of plastic but that's what resin is. I say in THE TITLE OF THE LISTING that they're base metal and resin fashion earrings which is the retail equivalent of a realtor calling a roach infested shed with a cardboard roof a "darling shabby-chic fixer-upper with tons of potential". If she wants Tiffany earrings for $6, she's shopping on the wrong planet. Good grief. Anyway, beware of this one.
